3 TREES

3 TREES is a unique world music trio featuring Pitz Quattrone on Didgeridoo, Tomchess (yes that spelling is correct!) on Oud, Ney & Morsing and Jon Seligman on Percussion & Chants.  3 Trees won the top grant award for "world music recording" in 2011 by the Maryland Arts Council.  Their sound can be loosely described as the Middle-East meets native Australia!  Traditional, original and improvised compositions are all part of the material performed by 3 Trees.  3 Trees is currently mixing a CD that is set to be released this summer.
